Qualifications:
1. Male/Female, age 30 - 40 years
2. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering or related fields
3. At least 1-2 years experience in management
level or project manager
4. At least 5-8 years experience in project development,
especially in Web system development
5. Excellent skills in problem solving, decision
making, communication, negotiation, and project
management
6. Knowledge the CMM or project management standard
7. Knowledge and experience to Java programming
both Applets, Servlets, and Struts framework
8. Knowledge and experience or use of distributed
systems on Linux, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, or Windows
2000 server
9. Management skill, leadership, self-motivated
with team spirit, service mind, and innovation
10. Good communication skill in both Thai and
English languages
